Our reception is the heart of Domein Groot Besselink. This is where you check in, ask questions and find everything you need. As a small-scale campsite, we are not always physically present, but we are always nearby and happy to help you. Sometimes we are busy elsewhere on the site to keep everything tidy and comfortable. Do you need us? Call us and we will come straight to the reception.
Emergency contact after closing time
After closing time we are available by phone for urgent matters. We ask you to do this only in necessary situations, so that we can help efficiently when it is really necessary.
Barrier
Our barrier ensures that the site remains accessible for guests and visitors. As a cyclist, you can cycle past the barrier without any problems.
During the day (06:00 – 23:00)
✅ Entering: The barrier opens automatically as soon as you arrive.
✅ Drive out: Your license plate will be checked, so make sure you have it in your reservation.
✅ Visit*: Visitors can simply drive in and register their license plate easily via the screen at reception.
Night closing (23:00 – 06:00)
🚫 Driving in is not possible between 23pm and 00am.
✅ Driving out is possible throughout the night.

- License plate registration: Visitors can easily register their license plate via the screen at reception.
- Free parking: Parking is free for all guests and visitors, so there is no reason to park outside the barrier.
- Visitor fee: Visitors only pay the visitor rate, this includes parking. Even if you do not report your visit to us, we kindly ask you to park within the barrier to prevent inconvenience.
SOS access
Our barrier has SOS access, which means that emergency services at any time can enter and leave the premises without delay. This happens completely automatically, without us having to do anything.
