Basic rates
Our basic rates are for 2 persons and are calculated on the basis of the minimum number of nights in the period in question, excluding public holidays and vacations. In some cases a shorter stay is possible; please consult our online booking module for this.

Payment
- Within 4 weeks before arrival: You pay 100% of the reservation amount within 48 Hours
- More than 4 weeks before arrival: You do a 25% deposit within 48 Hours* and pays the remaining 75% one month before arrival
* For bookings placed before March 1st, the payment term for the deposit is 2 weeks instead of 48 hours.
Cancel
- If you are inside 24 hours after booking cancels: 0% cancellation fee
- If you are inside 56 days before arrival cancels: 50% cancellation fee
- If you are inside 28 days before arrival cancels: 100% cancellation fee
Tip: Don't want to worry about possible cancellation costs? Take out cancellation insurance with, for example, ANWB, Univé of Central management.
