Payment & Cancellation
How to pay
- Reservation within 4 weeks before arrival: You pay 100% of the reservation amount within 48 Hours
- Reservation more than 4 weeks before arrival: You do a 25% deposit within 48 Hours* and pays the remaining 75% one month before arrival
* For bookings placed before March 1st, the payment term for the deposit is 2 weeks instead of 48 hours.
Cancel
- If you are inside 24 hours after booking cancels: 0% cancellation fee
- If you are inside 56 days before arrival cancels: 50% cancellation fee
- If you are inside 28 days before arrival cancels: 100% cancellation fee
