  • Do I have to make a down payment?

    Yes, to confirm your reservation you must pay in advance.

    • Within 1 month before arrival: You pay 100% of the reservation amount within 48 Hours.
    • More than 1 month before arrival: You do a 25% deposit within 48 Hours* and pays the remaining 75% one month before arrival

    * For bookings placed before March 1st, the payment term for the deposit is 2 weeks instead of 48 hours.

    Do you have to cancel and this still falls within the free cancellation conditions? Then you get the deposit simply returned.

  • What are the cancellation conditions?

    If at the time of cancellation the arrival date falls within one month, you will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund. You will then pay the full amount. If you cancel between 1-2 months before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50%. If you cancel 2 months or earlier before arrival, there are no cancellation fees.
